LeMax, LLC ("we", "us", "our") is an independent app studio based in Cheshire, Connecticut, United States. We develop and publish iOS and macOS applications distributed through the Apple App Store. Our website is located at le-max-app.com.
Information We Collect
Website
Our website does not use cookies or tracking pixels. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service that collects anonymous, aggregated page-view data. It does not identify individual visitors, set cookies, or track users across sites.
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not stored in any database — it is processed by Cloudflare Workers and delivered to us via Cloudflare Email Routing.
Our Apps
Our apps do not collect, store, or transmit personal data. They run entirely on your device. Specifically, our apps do not collect:
- Names, email addresses, or contact information
- Location data or device identifiers
- Usage analytics or behavioral tracking data
- Photos, files, or other media from your device
All app data is stored locally on your device using standard iOS/macOS storage mechanisms. This data is protected by your device passcode and biometric authentication, included in iCloud backups if enabled, and deleted when you uninstall the app.
App Store Data
When you download our apps, Apple may collect information as described in Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your Apple ID, payment details, or App Store purchase history.
How We Use Your Information
The only personal information we receive is from the contact form, and we use it exclusively to respond to your message. We do not:
- Sell or rent your personal information to third parties
- Use your information for marketing or advertising

- Build user profiles or track behavior across apps or websites

Contact form messages are delivered to our email and are not stored on any server or database. We retain email correspondence only as long as necessary to address your inquiry.
